These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 3bmw platform and all related services. Browsing the 3bmw website, creating an account, playing any game, or placing a bet — any one of these actions means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("Member" or "you") and the company operating 3bmw ("3bmw", "we", or "the Platform"). If you do not accept these terms, you are requested to stop using the platform.

3bmw reserves the right to modify or add to any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Creating a personal account is required to use 3bmw's services. All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email, and other identifying details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts — using the same device, IP address, or identity documents — all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 3bmw support immediately. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, log out when your session ends.
• Report any unusual activity on your account immediately.

All 3bmw services are for persons aged 21 or older only. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. 3bmw reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time by requesting a government-issued ID or other documents.

Deposits, withdrawals, or bonus benefits may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. If the required documents are not provided within 72 hours of being requested, the account may be restricted. Providing false information during age verification may lead to legal action and all winnings in the account will be forfeited.

3bmw currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are generally processed instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, the support team will assist. When adding funds to your account, you must use a payment method registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Wagering requirements on bonuses must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
• Requests may be declined if payment details do not match the registered identity.

3bmw's welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled. Bonuses should not be considered "free money" or any kind of guaranteed payment.

5.2 VIP Cashback

3bmw's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses; Silver — up to 0.8%; Gold — up to 1.2%. Example: a Silver tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

The terms of promotional offers are announced separately and apply alongside these general terms. If there is any ambiguity in a bonus offer, 3bmw's interpretation will be considered final.

3bmw offers betting across slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket betting, and other game categories. Each game has its own rules and RTP value, which are listed on the game information page.

Results or winnings displayed due to a technical error or software malfunction will be considered void. The use of any software, bots, or automated tools in betting or gaming is strictly prohibited. In any live casino game, the dealer's decision is final.

6.1 Bet Cancellation and Void Policy

3bmw reserves the right to cancel bets in certain circumstances, such as: an event ending before the scheduled time, errors found in score or event data, or evidence of fraudulent activity on an account. For cancelled bets, the original stake is returned.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means or using bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Using unauthorized software or attempting to hack in order to influence game results.
• Coordinating with other members (collaborative cheating) to gain a betting advantage.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Transferring funds using third-party payment methods.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

3bmw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This may be done in particular for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or at the direction of a government authority.

If you disagree with an account closure decision, contact our support team. If there are verifiable legitimate grounds, account recovery may be considered. Balances from accounts closed due to involvement in prohibited activities are not returned.

3bmw provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 3bmw is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, internet connection disruptions, or failures of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3bmw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages. Betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk; by using the platform, you knowingly accept this risk.
